Where do we ship

We only ship to EU countries, The UK, Switzerland and Norway

Delivery time

Orders placed before 1:00 pm are usually shipped the same business day.
If the ordered items are not in stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery date.
Of course we do this ASAP.

PO boxes

We do not send to PO boxes.
This is not possible, given the size of the packages and the logistical handling.

No local pick up

We are a web store and therefore we only ship our products.
We do not have a showroom to view the SKB cases. The cases are sent directly from our warehouse.
It is not permitted by the local government to receive customers in our warehouse (due to zoning plan).
Local pick-up of the cases is therefore not possible , we hope for your understanding.

Transport damage

NEVER accept a damaged package.
If you do accept a damaged package and the product appears to be damaged, please send us an email with photos of the package and product within 24 hours.
